What floor plans do you offer?

1-Bedroom, 2-Bedroom, and 3-Bedroom apartments. Every bedroom has its own private bathroom. Check out our floor plans.

What are typical rents?

1BR: $1,550–$1,895 (All Bills Included)
2BR: $2,895 (All Bills Included)
3BR: $4,195 (All Bills Included)

What are the unique features of the apartments?

Washer/dryer in every unit, large windows, 9′ ceilings, ceiling fans, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood flooring throughout.

Are utilities included?

Yes—Electricity, water, wifi, trash, private parking lot, and pest control are included in your rental rate.

Do you allow pets? What are the fees/deposits?

Yes, We’re pet-friendly with a one-time $200 per animal fee.

How close are M25 Apartments to the TCU campus?

The apartments are 0.3 miles to campus, about a 10 minute walk.

How do I schedule a tour or apply?

Use the Contact Us form on the website, email us at leasing@m25developments, or call/text our leasing team at 817-269-7669. Our leasing team will send applications upon request.

Is there a resident portal and maintenance request system?

Yes—Tenants can use our Payment Portal for online payments or send payments via Venmo. There is an online maintenance request link available on the Residents page on our website or you may call/text our leasing team.
